At the heart of Be Bold Recruiting is our founder, Simone Kirlew. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Simone has earned a reputation as a thoughtful, people-first recruiter who builds teams that elevate guest experiences and drive business growth.

Originally from London, Simone’s global perspective and passion for connecting people have shaped her career. She began her hospitality career in human resources in New York’s vibrant restaurant industry and quickly found her calling in recruiting. She spent over a decade as an agency recruiter partnering with everything from emerging restaurant concepts, fast-growing QSR concepts, and Michelin-starred restaurants to boutique hotels, and lifestyle hospitality brands.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Resource Management and remains dedicated to advancing the hospitality industry by putting people at the center of every decision.
